Order processing: Orders are normally processed within 1–5 business days. Because we may use third-party suppliers and dropshipping fulfillment partners, processing times can vary by product and supplier availability.

 

Shipping rates: Domestic Australia standard shipping is currently $10.00, domestic express shipping is currently $15.00, and domestic standard shipping is free for orders of $100.00 or more. International standard shipping is currently $20.00 where available.

 

Delivery estimates: Delivery times depend on the destination, carrier and supplier fulfillment location. Domestic orders may arrive faster than international orders. International deliveries may be affected by customs processing, import inspections, carrier delays and local postal service conditions.

 

Customs, duties and taxes: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges required by their country or region unless otherwise stated at checkout.

 

Health, vitamin and beauty products: Some products may be subject to import restrictions depending on the destination country. Customers are responsible for confirming that the product can be imported and used in their location.

 

Tracking: When available, tracking information will be sent after the order has shipped.

 

Incorrect addresses: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
